Je la trouve aussi plus jolie mais ayant longtemps été une grande fan de Superbus et les ayant vu en concert j'étais obligé de faire la comparaison

Jennifer Ayache est vraiment jolie comme femme =) Son regard surtout, enfin bref !

This blog’s a special one since we’re using it to tell you a little bit
more about our new guitar player Timo Somers. You’ve been able to read
on our website that we’ve been rehearsing with Timo for a while now, and
we’re really happy about the way both our old and our new, yet
unreleased songs benefit from Timo’s playing. With Timo we’ve been able
to find a good match both on musical and personal level.
Timo is young but certainly not inexperienced; he’s
been touring Europe with his former band Vengeance from the age of 16,
and he’s currently studying at the Rockacademie in Tilburg. In two weeks
however he’s got to take a little break from that, to join us for his
first shows on our upcoming European tour.
Here are some words from Timo himself on his joining Delain:
I am very proud and
happy to be a new part of the Delain family. Ever since I was a young
boy that just started his musical adventure I wanted to be a part of a
group of talented, crazy and plain great musicians to make music and
travel across the world. I finally found this group in Delain and I am
very excited about it! I am looking forward to see all of you at our
upcoming shows and we are going to make sure the upcoming album will be
the best Delain material you have ever heard!

After the gig last night we had some fun celebrating Joyce's birthday outside the venue. Especially for the birthday girl, Georg and Andreas from Serenity were so kind to demonstrate us a traditional jodel for milking cows. Our own Otto was kind enough to volunteer as cow. Enjoy

It is the fourth day and already we're at the point where we say 'goodmorning' to each other at 2 pm. Tour rhythm has already kicked in!

Yesterday we played a cool gig at the Cathouse in glasgow where Otto had his first show a year ago. It was very nice to return there and meet some of the people we've seen before. Unfortunately everybody was kicked out of the venue after the show very quickly because there was another act playing after us the same night, so we didn't have a lot of time to chat, but we were invited to the néxt show of that evening in the Cathouse.... Dirty Sanchez.

I don't know if the term and the act of Dirty Sanchez need explanation to you, all I want to say is don't google if you're easily disgusted: We saw some objects disappearing in bodyparts of which I'm sure they didn't belong there. Ah well, for them it's probably 'just another day at the office'.

We now just arrived at the Assembly, the venue of today, which is the coolest venue ever! It's interior looks like a Disney castle (Lisa's words ) I'm going to take a look around here and I'll come back with some pictures later.

Finally, today we have wifi again! We've had some exciting times the last days. After a great gig in Madrid, our show in Marseille turned out to be a real challenge.We had so much delay that we didn't arrive at the venue until the planned 'doors open' time. However we were determined to give one hell of a show in Marseille, since we had to make up for a lost show there some time ago. There was much applause for the busdriver after he maneuvered his way through the narrow streets of Marseille. Man, were we happy to be there! All of our own and local crew worked very hard to get us on stage on time. The show was awesome and the crowd was great! Thank you Marseille!

Unfortunately, Lost in Thought, who were supporting us this tour, have been involved in a road accident. Their drummer Chris is currently in surgery for a broken leg. The band will not be able to finish the tour with us. We are very sorry for their accident and wish Chris a speedy recovery!

For some of the upcoming shows, we'll have local supports instead. For our last gig in Paris, Whyzdom is confirmed to open for Serenity and us in the Alhambra, May 21.
