A little into December but definitely worth the wait!

Simone Simons is the hottie this month and a great way to end the year on the Dolls ‘n’ Divas Calendar.

My inspiration for this shoot was Jessica Rabbit from the movie ‘Who
Framed Roger Rabbit’, with Simone’s striking red hair it was perfect!

Using a still from the movie, we created a scene for the shoot too

Simone wore a red satin halter dress from Vivien of Holloway and her was hair styled by Marino Lambrix.

Along with singing and writing for her band Epica,
Simone loves all things photography, fashion and makeup related too –
she did her own makeup for the calendar shoot. You can check out her

Smoonie Claus is coming to town!

Christmas
is finally here and I'm really excited! I get to see my whole family
again, sit at the fire place and give away presents. Cozy times!

I hope that all of you are going to have a great time and that we will see each other again in 2012.

I will post some more from now on. The last couple of months where very
hectic and left not much time for blogging. Our 5th CD 'Requiem for the
Indifferent' is finally finished and will hit the stores on March 9th.

Until then we will have two shows in the Netherlands on the 12th and 13th of January, where we will play one new song.

My cheeks are a bit dry from the weather and are a bit irritated. Wearing shimmer will only emphasize it more. Matt make up is definitely better suited.

Here's my latest liquid addiction; David Rio's Power Chai (tea).
I have my neighbor to thank for my latest drinking habbits. She introduced me to the 'Chai Latte' about a year ago. It didn't take long for me to buy my own 'little' (400gram) container which was empty in no time.
Since I like it so much, I bought the 1,4 kilo package, which is now proudly standing in the kitchen.

How I fix my drink;

3 tea spoons of powder
Hot water
Shot of milk (can be cold or hot)

It can be made with only milk, but I prefer the lighter version. It can also be enjoyed cold. Whatever is to your liking.
