Rock On The Beach" is a festival in the hometown of Xandria that focuses mainly on newcomers and local bands. we are thrilled to announce European tour dates in support of EPICA.
We will be travelling and touring various countries to promote Neverworld’s End in April, sharing the stage with our Dutch fellows.

Completing the billing will be Stream of Passion. We are very much looking forward to hit the road with the two bands and are keen to meet all of you out there at the shows.

At this point we want to thank you - YES YOU! - all for your feedback and your warm comments on our new album "Neverworld´s End"!! We are really overwhelmed by the greatest and most enthusiastic feedback we ever got!! Be sure we read everything you write here, and sorry we cannot answer each one individually - but we appreciate every single comment!

We are so looking forward to see all of you live this year, there are lots of concerts still to be confirmed hopefully - we are working on it!

In du 8 avril 2012 :

Nils Middelahauve underwent emergency surgeries - European tour in April w/ substitute on bass

Bad luck for our bass guitar player Nils. Whilst we were playing the most recent shows w/ EPICA, Nils severely hurt his right forefinger on stage which eventually led to a serious blood poisoning after the last show. Due to this sepsis he had to undergo surgery twice in the course of the past week, which will now disable him to tour for the upcoming 4-6 weeks. Nils surely is extremely disappointed to not hit the road again in April, but feels comfortable in knowing there is a well-known substitute: XANDRIA’s European tour w/ Epica and Stream of Passion in April will now be played with SERENITY’s Fabio d’Amore, who is happy to fill in on bass guitar for the tour.

So, no worries, we won’t miss a single show. Please come out and support Fabio on his spontaneous new endeavor and wish Nils all the best for a return very soon!

Nils Middelahauve a subi des interventions chirurgicales d'urgence - tournée européenne en avril avec un substitut à la basse de la malchance pour nos joueur de guitare basse Nils. Alors que nous jouions la plus récente montre avec EPICA, Nils blesser gravement son index droit sur scène qui a finalement abouti à un grave empoisonnement du sang après la dernière exposition. En raison de cette infection, il a dû subir une intervention chirurgicale deux fois au cours de la semaine écoulée, qui sera maintenant désactiver lui à tour pour les 4-6 semaines à venir. Nils est certainement très déçu de ne pas toucher la route en avril, mais se sent confortable à savoir il y a un substitut bien connu : tournée européenne de XANDRIA avec Epica et Stream of Passion en avril sera maintenant jouée avec Fabio d'amore de sérénité, qui est heureux de combler à la guitare basse pour la tournée.

Donc, pas de soucis, nous ne manquez pas un spectacle unique. Veuillez Venez et Fabio en charge sur son effort nouveau spontanée et souhaitons Nils tous le meilleur pour un retour très bientôt !

Xandria and Nils split ways

We sadly have to announce the departure of our yearlong bass guitar player Nils Middelhauve today. It was mainly due to personal reasons why Nils took the decision to split ways in the future. It gradually became obvious to him that some points of view vastly grew apart, concluding in Nils’ determination to not continue in XANDRIA anymore. Especially since all members are friends first and foremost, any more compromises had been even more hurtful. The band regrets Nils’ decision, yet is respecting it at the same time, even though everyone is really sad about it.

Us, the remaining members in XANDRIA, are still a bit shocked and paralyzed and we can hardly imagine to continue without our yearlong fellow. We went through so many good and rough times together – Nils always gave everything for the band and we all have to be very grateful for his work! Nils – we will never forget the times we had together and we wish you all the best for the future! Thanx for everything!

At this stage no replacement has been determined. We will carefully look for an adequate successor.

Nils kindly will play any show confirmed so far, if no replacement will be found by the time of these very shows.

Nils quitte le groupe.

Si j'ai bien compris c'est à cause de raison personnel c'est ça ?!

Mais qu'est ce qu'ils ont tous à quitter leur groupe il y en a beaucoup qui font ça en ce moment c'est tellement dommage

beuh , j'etais sure que c'etait le clip quand je l'ai postée je l'ai regardée en mm temps ... temps pis , si non oui Nils quitte le groupe , il suit sa femme Lisa ... fondateur du groupe avec sa femme , bah , il a d'autres projets ... ( peu-etre une vie de famille avec Lisa qui sait )
Enfin soit , Nils est sympa , et il continueras avec Lisa , mais autre que Xandria , deja lisa , fait solo , peu etre qu'il va l'accompagner qui sait

Enfin je lui souhaite bonne continuation , car c'est un excellent musicien .

J'ai vu sur leur page facebook ils disent que Nils a d'autre projet musicaux mais en attendant de trouver un remplaçant il continu les shows

Ils l'avaient déjà annoncé sur la tournée avec Epica (durant la date parisienne en tout cas). N'empêche je suis fière car j'avais compris

Au moins j'ai eu la chance de le rencontrer, en plus c’est lui qui m'a vendu mon t-shirt Xandria

The new Xandria bass player!

The name of the new Xandria bass player is Steven Wussow, and he will debut on stage with us in April and May when we are going to play Russia, Belarus, Argentina and Brazil!
He is known for his work with bands like Domain, Shylock and Illectronic Rock, and we are thrilled to have found THE candidate we had been chasing for over the past months!
Statement from Steven: “On stage I feel at home and it’s the streets where my heart is. Having passed a few lights and crossroads in my search, I am happy to finally have found my partners in crime I was looking for!”
We are excited to start our upcoming live and recording endevours with Steven – because this year Xandria will also hit the studio again for the next album! Yes, as we said, this year will be a hell of a ride!
